Complaints Procedure
We aim to offer all our clients an effective and efficient service and we are confident that we will do so in this case. However if you feel that you are not satisfied with the way your claim is handled, then this is the procedure.
Your claim is being handled by Nicky Williams, Claims Manager, who is our Claims Advisor and who has the necessary competence and training to do so. But if you still feel otherwise you can contact Damian Lynch, Director, who is our Complaints Officer and highly experienced in this field on Telephone 0151-482-5101or the Company's address and he/she will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days of receipt. Our aim thereafter would be to investigate your complaint and provide you with written response within a further 14 days.
